Smackdown and SummerSlam Tickets on Sale
WWE today announced that tickets for Friday Night SmackDown on August 2 from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland will go on sale starting Friday, June 7 at 10 a.m. ET as part of SummerSlam Weekend. Tickets will be available via SeatGeek.com. SummerSlam takes place Saturday, August 3 from Cleveland Browns Stadium.

AEW Contracts
Jeff Hardy’s contract expires in June 2024.
WWE Contracts
Becky Lynch’s contract expires June 1st. Natalya’s contract expires on Monday, June 3rd. Chad Gable’s contract will expire this week. Ricochet’s contract expires this summer.
Gable Steveson
Former WWE signee Olympic Gold Medalist Gable Steveson has signed a contract with the Buffalo Bills, his agent confirmed to ESPN on Friday. The deal is a standard three-year rookie contract. Steveson has no prior football experience and will be playing as a defensive tackle.
Best of the Super Juniors Final Four
The Best of the Super Juniors Final Four in NJPW are Taiji Ishimori, Douki, TJP, and El Desperado. This will be the first major show ever to be headlined by junior heavyweights. The semifinals are Desperado versus Douki. Then Ishimori versus TJP at Korakuen Hall on June 3rd. NJPW Dominion on June 9th in Osaka, Japan will be where the winners face off in the tournament finals.
What Killed WCW?
Vice has uploaded the first 15 minutes of Tuesday’s premiere episode of Dwayne Johnson’s docuseries on What Killed WCW. The four-part series will air the next four Tuesdays at 10 p.m.
Joint Wrestling Show: August 24th
Tokyo Joshi Pro and Pro Wrestling Eve announced that they will have a joint show on August 24th in London which is the day before AEW All In.
Argenis Update
Argenis has left AAA, according to Dave Meltzer. He hasn’t gotten much work since AAA is doing nostalgia-based matches this year.
Komander and Beast Mortos News Update
According to Wrestling Observer, the reason Komander and Beast Mortos (original Black Taurus) haven’t been on AEW television is that they are in Mexico working on visa renewals. They’ve been approved but the Mexican government is very slow in getting physical visas to them. Komander has been waiting three weeks and it’s supposed to be a ten business day wait.
Last Match News: Jetta and Charlie Morgan
According to Dave Meltzer, real-life married couple Jetta and Charlie Morgan will have their last matches on the June 7th Pro Wrestling Eve show in Walthamstow, London at the Big Penny Social.
Ric Flair Lookalike?
On the Kelly Clarkson Show today, singer Michael McDonald was on the show and asked if he’s ever been mistaken for someone famous over the years. McDonald said yes, people have thought he was Captain Kangaroo or Ric Flair. Also on the show, Paul Reiser saw a photo of Ric Flair and said he looked like a combination of Michael McDonald and Jerry Seinfeld.
